I was saddened to hear of Starr's passing whom I have many fond memories, hearing her voice as a dispatcher when Paul and I were EMT's or sharing many Holiday's with Starr and her wonderful family over many years. They say Old Friends are the best Friends for a reason and they are right about that. May Starr's memory be a blessing to her Family in this time of grief, she will always be that shining Starr in the Sky. RIP
